I bought some computer components in Swiss, and a pal of my is bringing them from Swiss to kosova(where I live) by airplane. I read at yahoo answers that the luggage is not treated well and computer components(processor,graphic card,motherboard,powersupplier,etc) found in luggage are very sensitive to difficult vibrations and can be damaged. Would it be better if my pal takes them in his carry-on bag, and will X-Rey scanners damage the Components, are there any metal detectors which may hurt them if he takes the components in his Carry-on bag? etc. The Computer Components that my pal is bringing by airplane are: the Processor, Graphic Card, Memory, Power Supplier and Motherboard. By Chloe Barron Everyone has the right to voice their opinions, so why has it arrive to, that mass production companies are suing everyday people for voicing what they believe in? Companies such as Smithfield, Monsanto and a great amount of other companies (most of which are involved in the food industry) are now suing people money for finding faults with their products and for putting these faults out into the open for people to look the truth behind what they are putting into their bodies. Companies that provide us with food are no longer trying to provide us with good, fresh food. Instead their aim is to make money. Money, the root of every bad, has driven food suppliers into doing things such as hiring illegal immigrants as workers to package and distribute out meat. They do this as it is a smart way for them to keep money, by paying the workers pitiful amounts of money as their wages, and forcing them into working long, extended hours as they cant complain about their unreasonable and unfair working conditions for fear of being turned over to the government. Smithfield and Monsanto both have close ties with people working within the government. This stops them for getting into trouble for doing things such as hiring illegal immigrants as workers and using illegal ways of producing food. Three weeks ago a law was passed in the Supreme Court, that there is no limit to how much money a candidate can spend when running for election. In other words this is saying “Most Money Wins”. Powerful companies, who want to extend their power further, benefit greatly from this. They give candidates money, to help them win the election, which is an easy ticket for those such companies to receive laws passed in their favor. Current President, Barack Obama, was not in favor of the law passed nearly a month ago. But because of the way the court system works, the Supreme Court was able to override President Obama. This such law us not a good thing, for us as we are the ones who have to deal with the consequences of these companies, illegal and irresponsible decisions. Why do we, the consumers, no longer receive a say in what we eat? Just over thirteen years ago, popular icon Oprah Winfrey, was sued on her show for saying that she no longer wanted to eat meat that was produced in such an unnatural way. We are moving to North Africa and will be taking some vegetable seeds with us to the family farm there. We are also shipping a container full of our household goods over. We have an agricultural licensefor the country we are headed to so importing the seeds is not a problem. My question is regarding the safety of the seed. Are aairportsecurity measures (x-rays) harmful to agricultural seed? Would it be better to boat them in the container? I emailed the seed supplier but haven;t heard back from them. Again- regular seeds- pea, tomato, onion eETC..thanks! No worries- we are only bringing in seeds for crops already grown in Algeria. I was worried about that as well and we have been careful to bring only what they already have. Within the year, my whole family has started getting headaches from bananas. I always eat two fruits at lunch and bananas have been a good source for many years. However, it has been relatively recent that I receive a headache within one hour of consuming a banana +90% of the time. Typically, I receive a headache only twice a year and can receive rid of it via hand reflexology. With a banana headache, I need to take an aspirin! I'm certain it's not the potassium content and believe chemicals are the culprit. Has the industry started spraying something new on the banana crop? We have a software system that we use to send service orders to our suppliers. The software company entered into an agreement with a value added network (VAN), whereby the VAN acts as the network used to communicate our orders to our suppliers, if we want to send the orders electronically. Otherwise we can print the orders and pack them with the goods to be repaired, and / or send facsimiles of the printed orders. The VAN designed the XML schemas used to mark up the service orders so that they can be sent as EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) documents. The VAN is claiming that the schemas were licensed to the software provider for exclusive use via their portal, and that the business process of exchanging service orders and downstream documents (receipt notices, repair findings, return notices, invoices, etc.) via these schemas are their intellectual property. They only claim IP for the latter in relation to the EDI documents. The actual processes are in fact standard industry practices. They don’t claim any IP rights if we exchange printed documents with our repair providers. In summary, they maintain that we will have infringed on their IP if we bypass their portal to send a service order to a repair provider using the schemas they have developed for software we are licensed to use. Does this web portal have a legitimate claim to Intellectual Property regarding these schemas?

If the supply of money is increased, then according to the law of supply and demand, prices must be higher than they would have been had the supply of money stayed the same. Usually, when the supply of money is increased, prices increase, but if the money supply is only slightly increased, prices may stay the same or even fall by slightly less than they would have if the supply of money had stayed the same (since businesses on the market tend to produce products ever more efficiently, the natural tendency on the market is for prices to fall). However, the previous analysis is not a complete analysis of the results of increasing the supply of money. Increasing the money supply does not merely increase the cost of goods and services. As it is impossible to distribute the newly created money in the same proportion as the already-existing money is distributed (only an omniscient being such as God would be able to acquire the necessary knowledge), the result of increasing the money supply must necessarily be a redistribution of wealth by stealth. Specifically, the new money tends to be distributed first to people and businesses with the right connections (usually banks, government employees and suppliers, government itself, companies that have bought the right politicians and government officials etc.). i am really scared for her, she is abandoning my 17 and 13 year old brothers and letting them do as they please. she doesn't arrive home for days and falls asleep behind the wheel because she won't leave her suppliers home until she comes down from being high for days until they run out. she doesn't have a job, or a spouse. She is in an intimate relationship with the guy that supplies the meth to her, she was addicted before but got very mad at me and my brother for accusing her and went on about how she never gets to take a break and that we're just mad because she's with her boyfriend. my 17 year old brother dropped out of high school and is working just to have his paychecks go to pay for family needs. she's also really suicidal and is a cutter. she has disfigured her arms so bad they look like surgery scars. me and my mom have a really good friendship, and are definitely more friends than parent-daughter. i never criticize her for her behavior and she doesn't criticize me. the boyfriend/supplier is mentally sick and abusive to her but she just keeps going back. i want to just call the police on him because he is such an ass and he is ruining my mom's life but i dont want her to receive busted and she would be furious if she found out if i did. i would also like to hold an intervention but her family are very strict mormons and i'm afraid they would disown her. to complicate things further i have two siblings that she adopted out to her sister and i am afraid she would never be able to look them again.. they aren't forgiving people, even if she quit i don't think it would matter. they are her entire support system. her entire life, she doesn't have any friends or anything just us kids, her family and her boyfriend. i'm afraid that by trying to help it will only make things much worse, if she doesn't have a support system and i'm afraid she'll just do it and i can't stand the thought of losing my mom. especially if my actions made the situation that caused her to feel like she needed to. my brother and i want to talk to her but we know she is just going to receive very upset and deny it and blame us for things going wrong in her life because we have been through this before. how can i make her hear that i'm terrified for her life and her relationships? how can i persuade her cease? she has been in therapy for years but doesn't believe that it works. she is still attending, but it doesn't seem to help

We managed to build up a big old debt to E.D.F Energy. They have put in a pre pay meter, but the amount they want to take for the debt is huge! Have tried talking to them, but they are not interested. Can I change supplier at this point so that I pre pay for the gas that I use and arrive up with a more affordable amount to pay E.D.F? Often if a good recruitment consultant leaves an agency, they take their clients with them. Often the clients themselves prefer to move with the person rather than stay with the agency. I was interested to know if this is the same with bank traders. My though is that if they leave and take their clients with the, it makes sense to pay, at least the good traders a bonus even if the entire bank did not make a massive profit. Simply not paying them a bonus would hurt the bank due to the possible loss of money making customers. I have seen a similar thing also with an IT HW/Consumables supplier I used. He left a company he was working for as they did not pay well enough, every his clients including me followed. He was the most profitable member of the team the company folded a year later. Hi everyone, I'm planning on installing LED lights in the interior of my car. I've read about the legality, and it seems that green lights are legal on the interior. I have found suppliers that offer a 23,000 mcd LED with a viewing angle of 15 degrees, and another LED that is rated at 8,000 mcd and has a viewing angle of 10 degrees. I want something that will produce a bright glow, as the light bars will be hidden from direct view. There will be an LED every 1/2" of the light bars. None of the commercial light bar manufacturers are able to supply me with either a lumen rating or a candela rating, so I have nothing to compare this with. I have little experience with lighting but a fair amount of experience with circuits and the like. Which would be the better buy for me, in terms of brightness? Is the higher mcd rating a brighter LED, and is 23,000 mcd bright enough for my application?

The purpose of this is to start my possess business by opening a web store with my possess cosmetics. I will be making these (mainly loose eye shadow) products myself. My parents are divorced and im with my dad for spring break and my moms out of town the whole week and asked me to home-sit. I'm gunna have a party no matter what so dont try to talk me out of it. 1 thing i've never been able to understand is why people with any sort of disability cannot join any of the forces, yet soldiers who have lost limbs still receive given a job. After i left school i tried my very best to join the RAF as a Supplier, when i got to the health n fitness tests, i find that the vision in my left eye isn't good enough for basic training, and so my application is scrapped. I have got a big 6ft by 4ft printed picture (wall mural) by allposters.com. I expected it would have been in a frame, but it turns out it's a poster that came rolled up in a tube and is meant to be stuck straight on the wall. I would rather it look a bit more better presented than just stuck on the wall and so have been looking at "stretched canvas" frames. The only problem, I think, is it isn't a canvas and is unlikely to have any give / stretch in it. And I'd be worried to tear it. But that is the sort of effect I would like where the image is affixed to a wooden frame that makes it appear as though it is mounted on something. Perhaps if, unlike a stretched canvas, it is just stuck to the frame, instead of wrapped around it would look chilly. Or, worst if that's not feasible, perhaps I could receive a super big frame for it. But every the online suppliers I have encountered cannot build frames that big. Does anyone have any advise as to how I can receive this picture framed or mounted on something so that it looks a bit nicer than just a poster stuck to the wall? Cheers

last night i paid, Gamer Tag: Ryan Gots Swagg, $15 via paypal as a personal gift. the payment went through. when we got into a lobby with 3 other payers, the lobby closed and he left the party, left my friends list and will not communicate whatsoever, nor will his pal, Gamer Tag: X receive Learned X, who was also removed from my friends list and wont communicate whatsoever. So i sent a request via paypal for $30 (paid for a pal i know in town) from, Gamer Tag: Ryan Gots Swagg. I havent received anything from him yet. Today i tried the 10th prestige lobby with another guy i have on my friends list, Gamer Tag: Xii M3RKD iiX, I paid him $15 via paypal as well, i had good faith that he was legit. i paid him with the purchase as gift on paypal as well. When he said that its ready, i said "lets receive her done" i assume when he tried to start the lobby, it kicked us both and removed him from my friends list as well, and wont communicate back. This is very odd in my opinion to be scam artists faking 10th prestige lobbies. Is Microsoft or Modern Warfare 2 or Xbox Live kicking and restricting access from payers to 10th prestige suppliers?
